I understand that Hana Japanese Steak House cannot be held responsible for any legal or illegal accidents, incidents or occurrences that happen before, during or after the “Love Is Blind” Dating Event.

I understand that Hana Japanese Steak House is not a licensed dating service and that the terms of the event do not guarantee any kind of relationship with the other participants of the event.

Personal Information: I understand that Hana Japanese Steakhouse will not use my personal information for any other reason than the purpose of the “Love Is Blind” Dating Event. I have supplied my email address to be used for confirmation information and updates on the event. I am aware that my email address will only be given to another person at the event if both parties comply. My information will remain private although, in the case my information is stolen, Hana Japanese Steak House cannot be held responsible.

Refunds: I understand that within 3 days before the “Love Is Blind” Dating Event, I will no longer qualify for a full refund of my admittance fee. If I wish to withdraw my participation, I must do so 3 days before the event in order to claim a full refund.

Prizes/Give-a-ways: No purchase necessary. Must be present at Hana Japanese Steak House before 6pm on day of event to qualify. Employees and family members of Hana Japanese Steakhouse, PYX106 and WYJB 95.5 are not eligible to win.

Smoking: Hana Japanese Steak House is a smoke-free restaurant. Smoking is prohibited in the building and only permitted in outside designated locations.

Personal Property: Hana Japanese Steak House is not responsible for any lost or stolen property of participants of the event. Participants are encouraged to keep track of their own belongings.

Personal Items Left Behind: Our only method of returning personal belongings is for the participant to return to Hana Japanese Steak House and claim their property.
